OurProcess
How we orchestrate FOB finished garment production from specification to delivery.

Match & Audit Factory

Coordinate Materials
Facilitation of Back-to-Back LC for importing GOTS, Euroflax, or Lenzing certified materials from partnered mills.
Manage Production
Oversight of FOB finished garment production with quality checkpoints and timeline accountability.
Deliver & Follow Up
FOB delivery coordination with full documentation, compliance certificates, and post-production support.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during the factory matching step?
We evaluate compliance-audited Tier-1 factories based on production capability, material certification alignment (GOTS, Euroflax, Lenzing), available capacity, and the brand's specific quality requirements. Only factories that pass all verification criteria are presented.
How does the Back-to-Back LC work for material imports?
The international buyer opens a Master LC for the finished goods. The matched factory uses this to open a Back-to-Back LC specifically for importing nominated raw materials — GOTS organic cotton, Euroflax linen, or Lenzing viscose — from our partnered mills. AS TexBridge facilitates the coordination but holds no financial liability.
What quality checkpoints exist during production?
We implement pre-production approval, inline inspection, and pre-shipment quality checks. Each checkpoint is documented and shared with the brand. If deviations are detected, production is paused and the brand is notified immediately with proposed remediation.
